EVERGREEN SUBDIVISION on the far North side of Hoffman Estates is home to 191 families enjoying the location. Built 23 years ago by Kennedy Builders, Evergreen has proved to be one of the most popular neighborhoods in the Hoffman Estates and Barrington areas. As you enter Evergreen from Palatine Road or Bradwell Road, stone monuments welcome you. In the early 1990s Kennedy also built Kylemore Greens in Des Plains at Kylemore Dr off Wolf north of Central. I think they have some of the same models. I see one for sale at 880 Kylemore that is an Americana, next door looks like a Bordeaux.
Tall Trees and Steeplechase had mostly the same models but used different names. E.g. Bordeaux was Briar Hill, a few little diffs like round foyer stairs. Some model info at http://www.talltreesofbarrington.org
